The car park is located right next to Hospital Universitario de Canarias y Facultad de Medicina; It can be accessed anyday 24/7 Your first arrival at the car park must be during the car park office hours: Monday-Friday between 07:00 and 23:00, Saturday between 07:00 and 15:00 If not, you will not be able to get your access card since the staff will not be there to gived it to you Should you have any issue when leaving the car park, you will be able to get help from the staff through their teleassistance service (intercom) If you leave the car park after the end time of your reservation, you must pay an additional fee billed directly by our partner and calculated according to the public rates in force

How to access the car park?

Enter the car park located at Calle José María Pereda - 38010 Santa Cruz de Tenerife When in front of the entry barrier, get a ticket from the entry terminal Park your car in any free space Then, go the reception booth so that the car park staff can check and validate your booking confirmation (either printed or visible in the Indigo Neo app) NB: please note it is necessary to arrive during the car park office hours (see below) You will be given an access card enabling you to enter and exit 24/7 as many times as you want until the end of your reservation

How to retrieve your vehicle?

Before getting your vehicle back, go to the reception booth to notify the car park staff of your departure They will open the exit barrier for you If no one is there, simply insert your access card into ones of the machines (columns) located near the exit barrier: this will open the barrier You also will be able to use the teleassistance system to get help from the staff (intercom)
