Go to the entrance of the car park located at 75 rue du Chateau des Rentiers, 75013 Paris Turn on the Bluetooth function of your phone and go to the Indigo Neo app; press the Bluetooth icon at the bottom left of the home screen; press the "Enter" button corresponding to your current reservation/ subscription to open the first gate Walk to the second gate and press the "Enter" button again to open the second gate Go down to level -1 Spaces dedicated for Indigo Neo users are marked with an "Indigo Neo Reserved" sign: from these spaces, choose the one you want To get out of the car park on foot, follow the pedestrian signs and use the stairs in the centre of the car park You will then leave the car park at 75 rue du Château des Rentiers
How to retrieve your vehicle?
Use the pedestrian access from which you left the car park (75 rue du Château des Rentiers) On the code of the building, enter the code from your current reservation/ subscription (on the application) After passing this door, walk straight until you reach the end of the courtyard and go to the door on your right: you will find an Indigo Neo digicode on which you enter the same code Go down the stairs Once your vehicle is collected, go to the first gate Turn on the Bluetooth function on your phone, go to the Indigo Neo app; press the Bluetooth icon at the bottom left of the home screen; press the "Exit" button corresponding to your current reservation/ subscription Go to the second gate facing the street and press "Exit" at 75 rue du Château Rentiers
