Go to the entrance of the car park located at 37 boulevard des Capucines, 75009 Paris (between the Harmont & Blaine and Lacoste stores) Activate the Bluetooth function on your phone; go to the Indigo Neo app; press the Bluetooth icon at the bottom left of the home screen; press the "Enter" button corresponding to your current booking / subscription to open the gate Go down to level -4 Park where you want: the entire level is dedicated for Indigo Neo users To walk out of the car park, follow the pedestrian signs You will reach the street at 35 boulevard des Capucines
How to retrieve your vehicle?
Use the pedestrian access by which you left the car park (35 boulevard des Capucines) On the code of the building, enter the code given in your current reservation/ subscription (on the application) The door of the stairs to use is located next to the lifts and is equipped with an Indigo Neo digicode: enter the same code and go down to -4 (you will not be able to use the lifts that require a badge) Once your vehicle is collected, go ahead gate at the top of the ramp Turn on the Bluetooth function on your phone, go to the Indigo Neo app; press the Bluetooth icon at the bottom left of the home screen; press the "Exit" button corresponding to your current reservation/ subscription; the opening of the gate can take up to 10 seconds Then you leave the car park at 37 boulevard des Capucines
