Go to the entrance to the car park located at 68 rue Claude Erignac, 93100 Montreuil Activate the Bluetooth function on your phone; go to the Indigo Neo app; press the Bluetooth icon at the bottom left of the home screen; press the "Enter" button corresponding to your current booking / subscription to open the gate Go down to level -4 where the Indigo Neo spaces are: these are marked with an “Indigo Neo Reserved” sign; from these spaces, choose the one you want To leave the car park on foot, follow the Indigo Neo pedestrian signs and go up the stairs You can access the street at 18 avenue Léon Gaumont, 93100 Montreuil
How to retrieve your vehicle?
Use the pedestrian access through which you left the car park (18 avenue Léon Gaumont, metal door just to the left of the access to the building entrance hall) You will find an Indigo Neo digicode on which you enter the code given in your current reservation/ subscription (on the application) Go down the stairs to level -4 Once your vehicle is collected, go to the exit gate Warning: even if the gate is open, follow the procedure below Activate the Bluetooth function on your phone; go to the Indigo Neo app; press the Bluetooth icon at the bottom left of the home screen; press the "Exit" button corresponding to your current reservation/ subscription You will then leave the car park at 8 Avenue Léon Gaumont
