Open the gate with the QR code
The QR code of your vehicle can be found in the Vehicles section / Open the gate. Scan this QR code on the scanner near the gate. If the problem persists, press the intercom button at the gate and you will be put in touch with customer service.

How do I access the car park?
At your arrival at the Forum Pont de Sèvres parking lot, located at 1059 rue Yves KERMEN, 92100 Boulogne-Billancourt, present yourself in front of the gate. No need to take a ticket: access is by QR code.
How to retrieve your vehicle?
When heading back to the Forum Pont de Sèvres parking lot, enter through one of the pedestrian accesses equipped with an Indigo Neo entry code. To display the pedestrian access code, go to your ongoing parking session in the Indigo Neo app.
When you exit, use the QR code again to open the gate.
