How to access the car park?
Go to the entrance of the car park located at 220 rue du Faubourg St. Antoine Activate the Bluetooth function on your phone; go to the Indigo Neo app; press the Bluetooth icon at the bottom left of the home screen; press the "Enter" button corresponding to your current reservation/ subscription to open the gate Go down to level -1 The spaces dedicated for Indigo Neo users are marked with an “Indigo Neo Reserved” sign: from these spaces, choose the one you want To leave the car park on foot, follow the pedestrian signs and take the stairs to the left of the vehicle ramp You will then leave the car park at 220 rue du Faubourg Saint-Antoine
How to retrieve your vehicle?
Use the pedestrian access through which you left the car park (blue door located just to the right of the vehicle entrance at 220 rue du Faubourg Saint-Antoine) You will find a lock code: Enter "C" followed by the code given in your current reservation/ subscription (on the application) On the first door on the left, you will find an Indigo Neo digicode: enter the same code. Go down the stairs, walk along the corridor on the left; you will find a last lock code: Enter "C" followed by the code given in your current reservation/ subscription (on the application) Once your vehicle is collected, go to the gate Turn on the Bluetooth function on your phone, go to the Indigo Neo app; press the Bluetooth icon at the bottom left of the home screen; press the "Exit" button corresponding to your current booking / subscription You will then leave the car park at 220 rue du Faubourg Saint-Antoine
